Eric has a proven ability to conceptualize, develop and implement business opportunities as well as assisting companies in identifying alignment issues and challenges and providing guidance to correct these issues. He has led multiple start up business over the past 15 years, including successful 3rd party wireless tower leasing companies in Central and South America, while maintaining his consulting business.
Before forming Quiet Water Associates, he served as Chief Executive Officer of C2C Fiber and Evolution Networks, Inc., two private equity funded startups. His career in senior management spans the telecommunications industry, and includes BellSouth Personal Communications, Inc., where he was President and COO of this start-up enterprise organization, leading it from initial planning to one of the leading PCS organizations in the US. Ensor also played pivotal roles at BellSouth as Chief Wireless Strategist, Nynex Mobile Communications, AT&T and Motorola.
